A bit of a frustrating afternoon all round - illness, a sending off and opponents that would give the title character of Das Boot a run for its money when it comes to diving....see the official match report - and other stuff - here

Obviously not aware that the majority of team were suffering the effects of a nasty bug infection which goes a long way in explaining why we looked so far off the pace. As stated in another post we could have done with their physio who clearly had the 'ability' to bring back seemingly 'near dead' players back to life with his amazing powers of healing!

Didn't realise obviously at the time as I just thought the excursions of previous weeks had caught up with the lads but to see all the lads look so 'leggy' and tired in the first half probably goes to some way in explaining why! Well done boys for such a terrific effort second half with 10 men too. Away support was excellent as well, I went down with y wife and son and they loved the day out, terrific ground as well down there.

If our ground develops into a copy of what they have at Kiddy I'll be happy. Good viewing, multi step covered standing behind goals, quality facilities, easy to segregate when needed. The Final Whistle got a bit packed, we will need a much bigger clubhouse, longer bar, cinema size TVs,.................
