Massive improvement from Saturday that, bit of a confidence boost with a few big games coming up. Agree with the above, great to have Stopforth back and it's the best I've seen Clarke play, especially first half. Another 3 points Saturday and go into the Darlo game flying

Important that we got back on the winning trail and did exactly that. A good night's work what with Darlo and Ashton United sharing a draw as did Nantwich Town and Blyth surprisingly losing at home to Frickley. Just shows anything can still happen.
I believe the players gave themselves a team talk before the game with Bernard and Jonno having a 'rest' elsewhere! Certainly appeared to do the trick as we came out like a house on fire with Chris Lynch settling any possible nerves. A well struck shot from Luke Clark in the second half wrapped up the points against a modest opposition with admittedly further decent chances at a premium. Good to pick up three points but we will need to be more penetrative upfront against some of our promotion rivals over the next few games. Good turnout from the Ammie's fans and some very inventive songs premiered tonight! Definitely liked the Seddon one to the tune of Kraftwerk's "She's A Model" which was of course adapted accordingly!

Big credit all round to the lads for last night's performance. From minute one to the end there was only one team that looked likely to win. A few individuals had good games tonight, but I think the performance should be praised collectively. Can't fault them for effort and desire tonight. Hopefully they can put the past month behind them now and move forward - starting Saturday!

He's a model and he's looking good (der der, der der der der der der) Giggsy signed him up for Salford (" ") He poses for cereal boxes now and then (" ") He's Gareth Seddon, he wears the number ten (" ")
I also enjoyed the following:
I was happy in the haze of a one-nil lead, but Evan Gumbs I'm miserable now I was looking for a right back and I found a right back, and Evan Gumbs I'm miserable now
Seddon for Frosties
Other noticeable mentions:
O'Halloran for Ireland
We are winning 1-0 at Marine, 1-0 at Marine, 1-0 at Marine

Wasn't at the game, but what a massive result for everyone associated with the club! It would of been quite easy to slip and under perform, but it shows what great spirit we have away from home and put in a decent performance. This could be the turning point, and end the season on a high!
Well done to the team, and let's kick on and get revenge on Ilkeston on Saturday!
