Jez Davies actually came on as a very late substitute in the Morecambe game and looked something of a slippy character and sold a defender a great dummy. I'm not so sure that the players were coming in at 7:30 am. I think it's more likely to be 10:30 am and it's been misinterpreted due to KR's scouse accent!

I thought I'd hit the wrong link for the first couple of minutes! You mentioned in the first segment Declan John and his negativity. I'm in South stand behind the dugout so you hear everything. KR had a right go at him at one point when he turned and passed back instead of going forward. I strongly suspect his negative play was why he came off.
Re the flippant thing after we scored which KR mentioned. 2 obvious examples for me were Hendry hitting a lame shot from distance straight at the keeper when he had options which he was bawled out over by Karl. Also Matt Smith trying a chip over the keeper when through one on one and it sailed into the stand. I wouldn't be surprised if both don't start on Monday but more likely just Smith on the bench.

Ah yes CB. Possibly should have put the song I created at the end rather than the start of the episode. Glad to hear the negative passing was verified as the reason for John being subbed. I think he’s gone from teachers per in the full back ranks to possibly bring surplus to requirements. From what I’ve heard in his Bolton days he’s a bit of a fiesty character so he might be fighting fire with fire with Karl when he gets pulled up about his play. Will keep an eye on how that develops as Ingram has been completely frozen out so I think Robinson will do the same again if he thinks it’s merited
