From the club's Twitter account Wishing all the best to Head Physiotherapist Sam Kelly, who worked his final fixture for Salford City last weekend after two years with The Ammies
While I believe that many of our players clearly had long injury histories prior to arriving at the club there has obviously been something wrong with our physio department. Be that not recognizing issues with medicals prior to completing signings or treating players throughout the season we needed a change here. Hopefully we start to see players spend more time on the pitch than the trainer's table in the future.

I wonder if we signed players with dodgy medical histories, because they were cheaper, hoping we could keep them injury free? It’s a thought.
Karen Baird gone. Andy Giblin gone……now the physio.
