Very interesting listening which suggests that we've got something of a strong willed personality in the hot seat other than the last incumbent who was as dull as dishwater and failed to communicate on any level with not only the supporters but seemingly with the players as well. I'm really looking forward in the next few weeks to seeing the impact he has not only on the pitch but also around the club.
