He's in for a shock when he sees we actually don't always hugely outnumber the away fans in the ground 😄 Forest Green Rovers tomorrow and then Colchester United on Friday 19th January, neither of whom will bring that many fans so for the next two homes games we should be ok!

Just listened to the interview. Just like Barm, I like t(e idea of no philosophy…..we need to do whatever it takes to win.
He doesn't like to draw games, which is something else I like. If you play for a draw, you’re likely to lose, which is something our previous manager found out.
Certainly the best ‘new manager’ interview I’ve seen here since the days of B&J. It’s hard for managers to avoid cliches when being interviewed, but he kept them to a minimum.
I think we’re still in for some rough times and maybe some boring games, but I’ll take boring wins until we’re safe from the drop!

Plus, he talked about "managing" and "manager" (the sign on his office door). Promising.
