It is quite a hike in prices but we're still pretty good value I think. There's National League clubs who charge more than Salford never mind most L2. Also seeing as 60k can get in Wembley and 140k at the British GP then we should have no problem all getting in on 7th August 🤔 Don’t be so certain, unless you’re a toff or UEFA sponsor. 😀

As a concessionary season ticket holder I'm now paying £100 as opposed to £80 the last few times. That's an increase of less than a £1 per game so I'm certainly not complaining! Prior to the arrival of the Class of '92 I never bought a season ticket. Not because it wasn't a necessity but I preferred to give the club the extra amount by paying on the gate. Since the takeover I've bought a season ticket every season as it's a complete no brainer.

The club have now amended the renewal qualification.
If you had a ST last season, you get the reduced rate.
If you had a ST for 18-19 AND 19-20, but not last season, you can also get the renewal rate.

With all that extra cash in your pocket Chris it'll be drinks on you next time we meet!

I suspect there aren't loads of people that fall into the additional category so it's good PR for the club at relatively low cost. Clever move.

But still fair play to the club for listening.

I cant attend every home match and if i had to choose id rather go to away games than home. I’ll choose to pay on the gate for when i attend

Its a great move by the club as i felt we wouldn’t of got many renewals, i dont think they had a choice. But still fair play to the club for listening. You can’t please everyone. Some people on Facebook are saying......well that negates my benefit for showing good faith last season and renewing the through the pandemic. But does it really matter, as long as they get their benefit. They also have to remember that whilst some people made a conscious decision not to renew, some people may not have had much option. They could have been furloughed on lower pay or even laid off. I think it’s a great decision by the club and particularly good that they changed it so quickly. Also, the fact that you had to be an ST holder for two seasons before the lockdown ensures you are rewarding longer term supporters.

As cheap as they are, you still want to get value based in the games you can attend.

Its roughly £25 in petrol for each home game too so its not just the £180 for me, then something to eat and drink etc

I bought a season ticket for last season - eighty quid, old geezers' rate - and watched every league home game, live-streamed from the comfort of my own home, at no further cost. Which I really enjoyed and thought was great value. I also viewed the away games similarly for just £10 a match. Loved it. Not a patch on actually being there but it was all well-arranged and I'm a big fan of Will Moorcroft's commentaries.

In some of our away games, the home commentary is almost laughable. 😀

Has anyone tried to renew yet? The link to do so seems to go to a holding message saying that we can renew at 10am today.

It's a bit awkward to navigate as you click on "packages" and then on the area you want. It then offers full price tickets but once you've ordered it applies the discount.
