If any of the youngsters present at the Academy launch have read the thoughts and ideas of our owners regarding youth development in the Class Of '92 - Out Of Their League book then they should consider themselves very fortunate being given the opportunity they have. The strategy that will be employed in shaping the careers of those chosen to represent the club is indeed an exciting one and represents a great opportunity for those willing to embrace it - as well of course showing that they have what is required to make a career in the game.
