I heard someone behind me say we deserved that today i think what were you watching one chance and one goal from a scramble late on. Don't get me wrong chuffed we have won and Stockport drew but now we face a Worcester side fighting for their lives and Darlo who have hit form and would love to keep us down with them. Where is Michael Itala bring him back it worked at Stourbridge last season. We lack firepower up front and are being knocked off the ball too easily. Also it seems to me that the team do not know what their roles are no cohesion at all but I thank the lord for the 3 points and look forward now to party time this Saturday COYA.

We were better, but lucky to get the win. We rely on others now, but all we can do is win our last two.

Winning our last two would guarantee us top five.
Again, not a great game or performance, but we got the result that we needed, and that's what counts.
We just have to get into those playoffs and then anything cam happen.

Another frustrating watch today where a few different attacking permutations were tried out and if we're honest none of them looked entirely convincing but as we've seen a few times in recent home games we've again managed to pull one out of the hat at the right time. If we do the same in the next two games then I'm sure we'd all be happy with that! There's no doubt that the lads and the management will all be feeling the pressure. It's how they cope with it and to their credit they kept going at it right to the last minute and let's be honest Curzon aren't a bad side and for a 20 minute spell in the second half they really put us under the cosh but we responded well to the pressure - albeit with a little luck! Hopefully the lads will draw confidence from today after the previous disappointments at Harrogate and Gainsborough and let's not forget that if we win our next two games then we're definitely in the play-offs.

We just have to get into those playoffs and then anything cam happen. According to the table, winning our last two would only guarantee us 6th, unless other results go for us. As far as I know, there's no final decision on any appeal that Darlo may make, and no announcement on whether 6th will go into the playoffs if Darlo are unsuccessful. Or have the league confirmed that 6th goes into the playoffs? I don't think for one minute that any appeal made by Darlington would see the decision not to allow them into the play offs being changed at the end of the season. The fault clearly lies with them for not reading the rule book. As for 6th place being good enough to get into the play offs I believe the precedent has been set in the past which will mean good news for any team finishing in 6th place - providing of course that Darlington finish in the top five! Although it is inconceivable that as we all approach the last two games of the season that this situation has not been clarified 100%.

If so, a win against Worcester would obviously mean that the gap could be no larger than two points going into the final game. As we play Darlo in the last match, we would then go above them with a win. Obviously, nobody could overtake us if we win our last two, so that would put us fifth or higher (depending on Chorley and Halifax's results on 22nd April and their match against each other on the 29th).

It seems we posted simultaneously; therefore, the above explanation is superfluous.

Average performance, good result, simple as that! So many players struggling for form it's untrue and why the f*ck we lumped the ball foward against 2 big, strapping centre halves just baffles me.
Have to admit to being massively underwhelmed with the impact Harry P has made as well. Now I don't like singling players out but from what I've seen so far he adds nothing to rhe squad we didn't already have. Nonetheless, let's take the 3 points and run. Top 5 by hook or by crook will do just fine and let's pray we can find something in a couple of knockout matches.

We got three points and at this stage that's all that matters.

I don't think we play to his strengths tbh, but the second half was an improvement even if we didn't hit the heights we have during the season. I'd like to see us build on that second half and take some confidence and form into the last two games. If we are going into the playoffs, I'd like the opposition to be worried about facing us.

Thought we started the game well, in the first 10-15 minutes but then the game kind of went flat. Second half started as the first half finished IMO, however fair play to the lads for not giving up on the game. Getting an 83rd/84th minute winner is exactly what was required.
This stage of the season a win is a win, not convincing but with confidence being a little low the past few weeks, this win could just be the medicine we've been looking for.
