Having played exactly half our 20 home league games to date I've been asked whether the club has or could have half season tickets made available for sale which would make the ideal Christmas present for any recent or potential new Ammies fans. The more people we can get to commit to us the greater the likelihood of them renewing the following season.

Good idea but didn't the club set a maximum limit on season ticket holders? I'm certain that quota would be filled or at least close to. In idealistic terms, it would be a good way to get newer fans to commit to the rest of the season; logistically, with parts of the ground closed off between now and the end of the season, would it be wise to have more guaranteed entrants, especially as some of the new year games will be ticket only, meaning more guaranteed available tickets for those games, too.

Reduced capacity may have an impact on anymore season tickets being sold

Assuming that our club secretary is at the Darlington game tomorrow I will make a point of asking him! Much appreciated. I think if they had planned to do it it would have been announced by now.
