Having gone 16 league and FA Cup games unbeaten Harrogate Town have subsequently lost their last five games of which four have been in the league with the other being a home FA Cup loss at the hands of Halifax Town.
Having been in a similar situation prior to last Saturday's game where we went seven league games without a win Telford United's matchday commentators posed the question as to whether it was the best time for them to play us but at as the game drew to a conclusion with us two goals to the good decided that it probably wasn't as the prospect of an eight match league run without a maximum points haul was never going to be acceptable to all connected with the club!

In theory, yes it is a good time to play them. But their number of consecutive losses can only go on for so long before they break it.
Putting the shoe on the other foot, so to speak, I would imagine that Harrogate might look at this game as an opportunity to stop the rot. For though we won our last game, it is still only one win in eight. Plus, I think we've struggled at home recently because of the way teams have set up to play against us. Harrogate might well accept taking a point to put an end to the run of defeats, so set up to defend and be difficult to break down, looking perhaps to attack on the break or from set pieces. We have struggled in games where teams have played this way, and so it might be more difficult for us than a few are expecting. It's our job to build upon the decent performance and result on Saturday.
