As long as we dont lose i'll be happy, will be a tough test, think with Wellings coming into the squad the competition for places in midfield is immense and bring the best out of everyone...
2-1
Phenix Grand

looking forward to this one, I always feel more up for tuesday games for some reason
massive test this but one i'm confident we can take something from with the run we're on
i'd take a point now and i think that's what we'll get
1-1, Phenix

I thought they were a lot more physical than us tonight (not in a bad way either) and deserved the point IMO.
We showed good spirit 2nd half and we all ended disappointed at the end which is a good sign but we have got to be still be proud of what we are already achieving.
Before the match I would have taken a point so can't say I am not still delighted with our unbeaten start still in place.
On to Kiddy and go again boys

on reflection I think a point was a far result.
as salford says, i thought we struggled to deal with the physically, in the first half especially
I thought we started to click afrer the introduction of Wellens, i don't think a start is to far away for him.
the unbeaten run continues.

Yes I think a draw about right. But I would think the managers are disappointed we did not see the game out.Its just my opinion but when we sent on the extra defender we were on top.

What another big test for the boys last night and to end up gutted not to take the 3 points shows how well there doing in this league ! It felt similar to the AFC FLYDE game where the opposition seemed to have more of the possession yet Salford should have won ! Am I missing something or what ? When Salford get the ball down on the deck and pass the ball about they look like they can hurt the opposition, yet they pump the ball long and lose the ball and give up possession? Still joint top though, who would have guessed !

I'm sorry but a point wasn't a fair result. I don't care what level you are playing at who you are playing against but what happened last night what disgraceful. 2-1 up against ten men and you are letting them push you back in to your own half when we should have gone on and killed the game. What makes this even worse is, is the fact that we've done it before and we will probably do it again. For me it wasn't a point gained it was definitely 2 points dropped and come the end of the season it is games like this we should look back on if we don't get promoted.

Maybe disappointing, distressing or even depressing but disgraceful?
Rewind 6 weeks, when 90% of this board were criticising pre-season results and performances, then back to the present day were we are nine games unbeaten having played the two bookings odds on favourites, two full time sides and are joint top of the league! Of course the team should have held on last night against ten men but do you remember last season when we won TWO games with NINE men. It's what happens with football!

I do remember and I went to one of them games. With the team we have though and the money we are paying the players we should be top of the league. It isn't a surprise to me that we are top of the league because we have players like Allen on the bench who would walk in to 90% of sides in this league. It is disgraceful that we thrown that lead away. To me personally that felt like a loss I would have rather lost 4 nil than have had that happen it's happened last season and it's happening this season and I know it will happen again.

Oh dear do we have an under cover darlo fan amongst us hahahaha god help us if we drop out of the top 5 close up shop i reckon and if you are a fan you need to step back and look at what weve achieved thus far we have played 3 fulltime sides and remain unbeaten our lads are not fulltime and thus are paid a hell of alot less than than our foes last night and if you knew these lads they are not just here for the money and im embarrased that you have even brought that up to be honest after a draw.
