Hi all,
I moved up to Salford in January so am very much new to the area but for full disclosure I'm a Coventry City fan by birth and choice. That being said I'm a general football fan and want to see as much football as possible. I made it up to see about 5 of Salford's game before the end of last season.
The Peninsula is walking distance from my house, and I'm a mature student, so I decided to get a season ticket (£50, why not??). Thought it was worth introducing myself to the community. I intend making it to all home games this season and will be stationed in the West Stand (which holds special meaning as a Cov City fan).

Welcome to the forum and welcome to Salford. It’s great to welcome new fans. Why not join the prediction league?

Cheers fellas. Been away for the last week so sadly missed Tuesday night but I'll be back tomorrow! Will be fun trying to combine Salford and Coventry duties this season but there's worse challenges in life.

Welcome on board covammie. A number of us has painful memories of being defeated at Coventry Sphinx in the FA Trophy in season 2007-08.I don't suppose you ever saw them or Coventry Sporting who are now sadly defunct? Seems like there's a Coventry United now who are flying the flag for non-league football in the city.

Started supporting Coventry in the Premiership and it's been pretty much downhill since then until we got promoted from Div 4 last season, so rollercoaster sounds fun. It's been a good laugh in the West Stand so far, Saturday was a belter of a game as well. Enjoying the vibe around the place atm
